舌尖上的极地!英国厨师南极开餐馆 造型唯美如临梦境

据英国《每日邮报》9月2日消息,2009年,曾在英国一家制药公司担任厨师的安东尼·杜贝尔(Antony Dubber),在英国南极考察站的哈雷站开了一家餐馆,餐馆距离最近的超市也有4000英里(约6440公里),但在南极的夏季时每天却能够为90人提供食物。
安东尼每年2月必须在供给船离开前采购好餐馆半年所需食材。为了保证供应,他不得不安排好自己的食谱以度过南极漫长的冬天,他将肉放入冷冻室并将水果和蔬菜放入干燥的储藏室,以使这些食物能够从2月保存至8月。
在他的餐馆中,人们可以品尝到英国最受欢迎的食物,如台风茶、海因茨烤豆、雅法蛋糕、浓缩牛肉汁和惠普酱等。此外,餐馆在有人过生日或6月21日冬至日当天还提供2罐加有香槟的啤酒。
