麻油猪腰
麻油猪腰材料:猪腰一个,上汤一碗,姜2片,麻油,酒,盐,姜汁少许做法:
1、把猪腰切花,切成小块,用酒,盐,姜汁腌半个小时
2、倒适量麻油入锅,油热后把姜片爆一下,再倒入猪腰翻炒片刻
3、看见猪腰变色后随即加入一碗上汤,烧开后即可加盖关火,过三分钟左右再把盖子打开,试下如果不够味就再加点盐,OK!上碟
